Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how personal data is handled on this website in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act.

1. Controller

PH International Music and Great Entertainment Veranstaltungsorganisations GmbH
Annagasse 6/1/II, 1010 Wien, Austria
VAT / UID: ATU 69357536 · FN 429146y
Email: peter.hosek@creartive-group.com

2. Hosting & server log files

When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically records technical data in log files: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and information about your browser and operating system. This data is processed to operate the site securely and reliably (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is stored only for a short period. The hosting provider is bound by a data processing agreement.

3. Cookies, consent & local storage

On your first visit a banner asks whether you agree to statistics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (Google Ads, Meta). Until you agree, none of these services is loaded and no cookies are set; “Reject all” is as easy as “Accept all”. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (key “sso_consent”) so that we do not ask again on every page; this is technically necessary (§ 165(3) TKG 2021). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; the withdrawal applies from then on. Legal basis for the services in sections 10 to 12 is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) TKG 2021).

4. Fonts

The typefaces are delivered from our own hosting. No connection to Google or any other font provider is established when a page loads.

5. Language selection

If you open the site without a language in the address, it chooses the language from your browser’s language setting (Accept-Language). This setting is only used for this redirect and is not stored.

6. YouTube videos (only after a click)

Some videos are hosted on YouTube. They are not loaded when the page opens; only when you click a video title is the player loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. YouTube then receives your IP address and technical data and may set cookies or similar technologies. Legal basis is your action (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). More information: policies.google.com/privacy. The short concert clips on this site are hosted by us and involve no third party.

7. Email

If you write to us by email, we process your message and contact details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

8. Links to third parties

Tickets are sold by the respective venues and their official box offices; the daily palace concerts by palaceconcertsvienna.com. When you follow such a link, you leave this website and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. Ticket links carry campaign parameters (for example utm_source=schoenbrunnorchester and the city), so that the box offices can see that a visitor came from this website. These parameters contain no personal data.

9. Newsletter

我们仅为发送电子报而保存你的邮箱、语言以及订阅和确认时间(双重确认)。依据:你的同意(GDPR第6条第1款a项),可随时撤回。存储于Supabase(欧盟,爱尔兰),退订后删除。

Partner area and admin: the sign-in for the partner area and the administration uses an e-mail link (Supabase Auth, EU/Ireland); we process the e-mail address and the time of sign-in solely to grant access (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Location finder: if you use "Use my location", your browser's location is used only in your browser to find the nearest concert and is not sent to us or stored. The approximate region of your IP address may be used by our hosting provider to preselect a city; it is not stored. Place names you type are looked up with the Open-Meteo geocoding service (open-meteo.com), which receives the search term and your IP address.

10. Google Analytics 4 (only with consent: “Statistics”)

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). It uses cookies to recognise your browser and records, for example, the pages you visit, how long you stay, clicks on ticket links, e-mail links and links to our other websites, newsletter sign-ups (without your e-mail address), the referring website, your approximate location (country, city), device, browser and operating system. IP addresses are not stored or logged by Google Analytics 4. The data is stored for 2 months and then deleted. Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses also apply. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

11. Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing (only with consent: “Marketing”)

With your consent we use Google Ads by Google Ireland Limited. If you reach this website through one of our Google ads, a cookie records this, and actions such as a click on a ticket button may be counted as a “conversion”; this tells us which ads work. Google may also use the information that you visited this website to show you our ads again later on other websites (remarketing). Google receives your IP address and an online identifier; Google LLC in the USA may be involved (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses). More information: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

12. Meta pixel (only with consent: “Marketing”)

With your consent we use the Meta pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Meta”). It records page views, clicks on ticket buttons and e-mail links and newsletter sign-ups, so that we can measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show them to people who have visited this website. Meta receives your IP address, browser information and, if you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, can link the visit to your account. For the collection and transmission of this data we and Meta are joint controllers (Art. 26 GDPR); Meta’s addendum is available at facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA may be involved (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses). More information: facebook.com/privacy/policy.

13. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna). To exercise your rights, please contact the controller at the address above.
