Back in Portugal
Portugal is familiar ground for the orchestra. In 2025, the year of Johann Strauss's 200th birthday, it was already on tour there, and on 29 November 2025 it played at the Centro Cultural de Belém in Lisbon. A year later the journey led from Coimbra via Lisbon to Porto, and with Madrid across the border into Spain.
